Tiger Woods Chart

Wow! Tiger Woods' life now is what Saturn and Pluto can do when they get mad....or irritated.....or just want to throw things up in the air and see how it falls......As "Cooper" said recently on "Private Practice" ...."the Universe has a perverse sense of humor"..

Well, it looked fairly benign. Saturn was sextiling Saturn and Pluto was inconjuncting Saturn. Not fun, but not too bad. When Saturn and Pluto align themselves and they affect one of your planets, you're sure to be one of the actors on stage. When it doesn't aspect a planet, you find yourself in the audience watching and feeling the angst.

Everyone says a sextile is a good opportunity and one of the good aspects, but it creates a YOD....both planets inconjunct to a point 150 degrees on the other side of the chart.....causing a 'crunch' back into place when one has strayed from the path. Saturn sextile Saturn created a Yod pointing to the 'answer' as it is called, on the other side, in the 6th house of work. Pluto is inconjuncting from the other side, so it is sextiling the YOD point, and creating a reverse YOD back, sending the energy up to Saturn. this should create a sort of 'chiropractic adjustment' and get Tiger back on the right path. ...whatever that is.

However, Tiger was born on December 30, 1975 at 10:50 pm, in Cypress, California...with late virgo rising, and Pluto is in the first house in Libra. Hence, Saturn has recently moved into his 1st house of self, and moving in on Pluto. Transiting Pluto has moved into the 4th house and moving in on his Capricorn sun. ...so Sun squares Pluto at birth, and now S/P squaring in the sky is setting it off, making it stronger than it would have been. .....AND Pluto is moving in to square itself and conjunct Pluto in a few years.......the big test of our lives.......where we get our empowerment and make diamonds out of carbon.....so this is not over.

Even tho Tiger's rising is late Virgo, giving him the preciseness and focus, most of his first house is in Libra. This would make him loquacious if Pluto wasn't in the first house. In effect, it's like he has Scorpio rising, for it brings the powerful planet to the fore. Scorpio rising or Pluto in the first house shows an intense childhood, with a powerful figure in the house....controlling and dominating and manipulating. ...could be dad's mom or mom's dad, but it shows his dad had a powerful foundation/base so from what I've heard, it was probably dad. It gives a love of power and domination, and the ability to wheel and deal with the wealthy. For Tiger to come from humble beginnings and to be conceivably the richest athlete in the world, in a sport that's held on the golf courses of the wealthy.....Tiger had come into his own and undoubtedly reveled in his position.

People seem shocked. Nice Tiger Woods with a beautiful wife and young family.......paying for escorts and having a number of mistresses.....shocking.....?

Remember Pluto is all about Power, Wealth and Sex. I doubt if there are many wealthy men who are impotent. Money buys power, and power lets you play outside the rules. Whether its politics, or sports or acting, we have to realize that this is a different playing field from the rest of us, and their rules are different. Women are provided for the wealthy. The wealthy who are in the spotlight have a wife and children for the image and find their passions elsewhere for the most part. It was probably considered that as Tiger was reaching his late 20's that for Tiger, Inc. it was important that Tiger be a family man. Good for the image. but not necessarily something that would confine a wealthy man to the connubile bed.

Saturn, too, is about money and living an affluent life......but Saturn has standards and rules that must be obeyed. It's ok to have your passions, but your must be circumpsect and look good on the surface.

When you have Pluto in the first, with Saturn now in the first, and Pluto in the fourth, you're playing with big energies. We saw, with Saturn going thru Leo 3-5 years ago, that the Leos who were famous got their comeuppance. (Saturn in Virgo was a little more quiet, because Virgos aren't in the public eye that much)....Now Saturn has moved into Libra, and Saturn in your first causes a testing. Have you been following the rules? Have you been minding your ps and q's.? If you've been walking the good path that Saturn approves of, then the test will come out in your favor.....after a bit of sweating it out......When you haven't, Saturn has strong rules and high expectations and does not suffer miscreants lightly.

Pluto moving into the fourth house, creates a restructuring of your foundation and roots. The 4th house is the most important of the 12. It's like it's the trunk of the tree and the roots that go down into the soil, and the other houses are the branches and the leaves. Pluto moving thru the 4th causes us to dig deep and confront our mother issues, and if it isn't mom there's usually a strong woman figure with whom to deal during this time frame. The first and the fourth are cardinal houses as are the 7th and 10th, and the lessons stem from the ancestral lineage. It's a good time to heal up and heal down.

As we deal with S/P we need not forget that Uranus is opposing Saturn and about to square Pluto too.....and Uranus has recently moved into.......tada! ....wait for it.......the 7th house of marriage! Why of course it is! Uranus is the planet of liberation, who hates power and control, and likes to pull the rug out from under, just to liven things up....Certainly shows upset in the marriage, and maybe Elin striking out for independence and liberation on her own. She's not in a mood to be the dutiful wife.

Since 1941, Neptune has sextiled Pluto give or take, and created what I call the Master Yod. Where that Yod starts and where it is now is very pivotal and explains things when other aspects don't. For Tiger, his Yod point started in the 8th house of power/wealth/domination, and the planet behind it is Jupiter, ruling luck and good fortune...most times. So he started out with luck on his side. The next major planet it moved over was Mars in Gemini, when Pluto and Neptune were half way thru Scorpio/Capricorn, around 1990 when he was 15. Mars being one of the key planets for sports, and in a mental sign like Gemini, provided the mental game as well as the physical. The Yod point has been bouncing off Mars since then, and is now moving in to Saturn. So not only do we have all the other stuff going on, but the Yod point moving to Saturn and bouncing off of it til his elder years is going to say that it's time to grow up and be a man and do away with the lighter things of life. Could be he moves into more of a corporate setting. But this will be a major change in direction in his life. It could steer him away from being in the limelight in the sport and being a major player behind the scenes....altho the high flying adulation probably won't be there.

CHINESE ASTROLOGY:

Tiger was born in the year of the Cat/Rabbit, the month of the Rooster, the hour of the Boar/Rat and the minute of the Dog.

The Cat is very neat and clean and sometimes a little compulsive in their meticulousness. Cat/Rabbits can be wild and roam or they can be house cat/rabbits who are confined to one place. Roosters have basic fears and phobias and are trying to find a sense of peace. Born in the late hours of the Boar, he has a fear of being humiliated or ridiculed, so this media attention is not going down well. Most of his first house is in the time of the Rat. A Rat can be very altruistic with the people he loves, but he will usually have anbanonment/betrayal issues. Born in the minute of the Dog.....well, the male Dog tends to see sex as a normal, healthy outlet and enjoy the non commited relationship more than getting tied down. Some can have inhibitions about sex, but that doesn't seem to be the case in this instance.
